PEANUT BUTTER

Jelly beans or what is known as Peanut Butter has the nutritional value that can not be considered unimportant. Breakfast with bread that is given with peanut butter is enough to give us energy to work until lunch time. Peanut butter contain more fat, but fat is contained no saturated fatty acid. In addition to fat peanut butter also contains protein. Fatty acid is not saturated fat is good because it helps reduce the rate of LDL blood cholesterol, so be spared from heart disease. Therefore, peanut butter can be a food supplement to increase our health, especially the heart.
